Technical support is an important part of our overall package and we have a team of engineers that are on hand to assist at any stage from the initial design through to post-installation support. Application engineering and guidance is available on how to use the latest online software associated with designing systems from the initial concept. We can guide you through the best solution for your project and how to install the system in-line with MHI’s best practice guidelines.

Our technical team also offer a commissioning support service where our engineer can teach your commissioning engineers how to set up the systems once installed.

We also offer after sales installation support in the unlikely event that there are issues with the operation of the system. In the main these issues are dealt with over the phone or via a video call but, in the unlikely event a resolution can’t be found, rest assured our on-site engineers will be able to assist.

Developed to cater for the design of heat pump and heat recovery systems, the latest version of E-Solution from MHI specifies appropriate models and sizes and produces a full list of materials. It also generates wiring diagrams and engineering drawings which can be exported to AutoCAD or saved in PDF format.
